How Rempe Realestate texts you, how to stop, and how to get help.
Stop receiving texts
Reply to any of our texts with one of these words:
- STOP
- QUIT
- END
- REVOKE
- OPT OUT
- CANCEL
- UNSUBSCRIBE
You’ll get one text confirming you’ve been unsubscribed, and after that you will no longer receive text messages from us. You can also ask to stop by emailing stop@rempere.com or calling (316) 751-6094 — we honor any reasonable request to stop. To start again later, reply START, or sign up again the way you did the first time.

Who sends these texts
Text messages come from AJR Consulting, LLC, doing business as Rempe Realestate, a real estate team brokered by LPT Realty.
What we text about
We text only people who have agreed to receive texts from us, and only about real estate services:
- replies to your questions and inquiries;
- scheduling showings, consultations and appointments, and reminders about them;
- information about properties and listing updates you asked us for;
- updates about your purchase or sale once you’re working with us.
How you agree to receive texts
You agree by checking the text-message box on our contact form. That box is optional and is never pre-checked. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of working with us or of buying any property, product or service.
How often, and what it costs
Message frequency varies with your inquiry and where you are in buying or selling. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, it’s best to contact your wireless provider.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy
We do not sell your phone number. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Read our full Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
