Who we are
This policy covers AJR Consulting, LLC, doing business as Rempe Realestate, a real estate team brokered by LPT Realty. It applies to this website and to the ways we contact you, including email, phone calls and text messages.
What we collect
- Information you give us — your name, email address, phone number, what you’re looking to buy or sell, and anything you write in a message to us.
- Technical information — when you submit our contact form, your IP address and browser details are processed to protect the form from spam and abuse.
This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics tracking.
How we use it
- to answer your inquiry and provide real estate services;
- to schedule showings, consultations and appointments;
- to send you text messages, if you agreed to receive them;
- to keep the records our brokerage and the law require.
Text messaging
If you agree to receive texts from us, we use your mobile number only to text you about real estate services. We do not sell phone numbers. Data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messaging terms
- What we text. We use SMS to respond to your inquiries, confirm appointments and showings, send reminders, share property updates you’ve asked for, and notify you of schedule updates or important changes in your purchase or sale.
- Stopping. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, or reply “START”, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. We also honor QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE and any other reasonable request to stop.
- Help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at stop@rempere.com.
- Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Rates and frequency. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- with our brokerage, LPT Realty, as needed for supervision and recordkeeping;
- with service providers that operate our website, customer records and messaging on our behalf, who may use it only to provide those services to us;
- with parties to your purchase or sale — such as a lender, title company or the other agent — when you ask us to or when it’s needed to complete your transaction;
- when the law requires it.
All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we’re helping you and afterward for as long as real estate recordkeeping rules and other laws require.
Keeping it secure
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP to any text.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Your information: email stop@rempere.com to ask what we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, subject to the records we must keep.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
